Shane, Sensitive and Good Looking!

This awesome pup is being fostered in Georgia by Candi Hay for our Kathy Keith. He comes from Gordon County. Just six months old, he’s a little guy that is learning how to be a TDL dog, and he’s catching on very fast! He really reminds me of Charlotte, a pup we rescued over a year ago.  Charlotte, adopted by Donnie Smith, just adores his Charlotte!  We’ll be updating Shane’s status shortly!  In the meantime, he’s heartworm negative!  WOO HOO!

His photos can be viewed on Facebook.

Foster Update:  Kathy,

Shane has been the easiest foster we have had to date. He needs basic training but is catching on fast. He needed no work with house training he only had one accident and is all over our house. He was shy at first but that didn’t last long. He loves nothing more than to snuggle next to you or better yet in your lap. He needs to learn not to jump up and when he can sit in your lap but he is coming along nicely. He gets along great with our whole family and our dogs. I’d say he is medium energy, food and toy driven. He loves to chew on a bone of a stuffed toy. He is just a all around good puppy who will thrive in his forever home 🙂
Thanks,
Candi
Welcome Home Shane!

Adoption Update:  Shane was the Bourgeois family’s *1 choice on their list of 10 dogs they had picked out from their pet search.
They were looking for a fairly young dog that was short haired, cute as a button, and would help enrich their family.  Shane seemed to fit the bill, as Doug said “on paper”.

From the moment we walked in, Shane was on his absolute best behavior, affectionate, but not bouncy and pushy, and of course totally handsome..  They were amazed at how well he fit what they were looking for in a dog.
The rest is history.  Decatur, GA, welcome to The Dog Liberator Family!!
