The Dog Liberatorâ„¢

The Dog Liberator rescues abandoned dogs throughout the Southeast. Based in Central Florida, this non-profit organization fosters all of their dogs in a home environment. Founded in 2009, all dogs are fully vetted, spayed or neutered prior to adoption. The Dog Liberator focuses in rescuing the herding breed, which consists of Border Collies, Shepherds, Sheepdogs, Aussies, Collies, and Deaf/Blind Dogs.

rescue groupsDo you volunteer or work for a rescue, shelter, or pound?  Maybe you are using Petfinder to post your available dogs, but we wanted to introduce you a service that we have been using for years, and we love them!  Rescue Groups!  They have saved us a lot of time posting available dogs, their website is fast and doesn’t hang up like other sites we have used.  Changes are instantaneous, and when I have a question, they answer me within the hour!  Now That’s Customer Service!

RescueGroups.org is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides free and low-cost technology services to the animal welfare community. RescueGroups.org is an unaffiliated, volunteer-driven, non-competitive organization that wants to work with like-minded organizations to help animal welfare organizations, volunteers and pets.

RescueGroups.org provides data management, website, email, voice mail and other services to over 3700 rescues and shelters. All of our services include the ability to send your adoptable pets to hundreds of websites you chose, including AllPaws.com, Adopt-a-Pet.com, PetBond,  ASPCA, DogTime, and Petfinder (with use of the Sync App). Our services are all web-based, and no special software or computer experience is needed.
