Panama Jack-Adopted

March 2nd:

Panama Jack is in Panama City with Terry Watts, he was pulled from Bay County Animal Control. He is heartworm negative, has great manners, and is quite gorgeous! While we will be working to inch his way to Central Florida, I have a feeling he’ll be adopted before we get a chance to meet him!

Terry will be providing more photos, and information regarding his temperament shortly.

March 17th:

Well, Terry e-mailed me tonight her assessment of Panama Jack. It read, and I quote, “This is Da Bomb !!”

Now, that might seem a frivolous statement to you, but that is because you don’t know Terry. Terry has rescued hundreds of dogs. She has seen all breeds, all ages, all temperaments. For her to have her socks knocked off by a dog, well, let’s just say, this has to be one special guy!

“This is Da Bomb !! My vet determined his age to be 1 yr and 3 to 4 months ! He is wonderful, Housebroke, Great with other dogs and does not mind cats. Super on the leash and has the best temperament, He is so sweet and smart. Loves and smiles at every one..He stays close to my side when i walk. He is shy though, If you raise your voice he gets a little scared.

He is low energy..Laid back as a lizard sunning on a hot rock ! He also talks to you and barks only if he sees something that gets his interest..He loves to stay outside in the shade of the trees. Had him neutered, wormed and all shots with my vet. He is super, Holly !!”

I’m smiling at as I type this. She begged us to rescue him. She agreed to foster him until we had room. And her instinct was right. What a loss it would have been for him to have been euthanized. Thank you, Terry, for going above and beyond the call of duty. Now, let’s get busy finding him the perfect home!!!

Be sure to check out Panama Jack’s photo album. If you are interested in adopting him, please review our adoption process, then e-mail gisele.thedogliberator@gmail.com
