The Dog Liberatorâ„¢

The Dog Liberator rescues abandoned dogs throughout the Southeast. Based in Central Florida, this non-profit organization fosters all of their dogs in a home environment. Founded in 2009, all dogs are fully vetted, spayed or neutered prior to adoption. The Dog Liberator focuses in rescuing the herding breed, which consists of Border Collies, Shepherds, Sheepdogs, Aussies, Collies, and Deaf/Blind Dogs.

4 1 Pierre .Pierre is a male 7 week old Border Collie/Golden Retriever puppy born on 10/3/15. puppies currently range in weight between 6-10 lbs (Size order largest to smallest Andre, Francois, Claude, Pierre, Antoinette, Suzette, Jean-Baptiste, Édith Piaf, and Elise). Their mother was a border collie mix and their father was a golden retriever.

11/28/15 Update: Pierre was adopted by the Dewsons of Sebastian today! Conrats to you and your new family, little guy!

  1. The only dog our family has owned was a border collie, australian shepherd mix and we would love to adopt another puppy. Could you email me with any new puppies. We would like ones that become available and that we could adopt in time for Christmas. Thanks,
