Northwest Alabama Herding Dogs Rescue Asks for Help – Adopted

Melissa the Tri-colored Border Collie is about a year old, she is very healthy, fully vetted and spayed.

More details will be provided as we spend time with her.

Update: Melissa is very loving and playful! She is not a high-drive Border Collie, but that doesn’t mean she’s a couch potato either! I think she would make an awesome family dog, and would be just as happy being a one person dog as well, as long as she gets to go on long walks. Melissa is not mischievous, which makes me wonder if she would be a good candidate for an active person who may not have a fenced in yard. Time will tell!

Here’s Melissa’s New Video!

Missy, or Melissa has been adopted. A Big Ta-Do will be announced shortly, and trust me, it’s big!
