Founded in 2009, we do not horde or breed. All of our rescued dogs are spayed & neutered prior to adoption. We focus on rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters. We foster dogs in a home setting, where we evaluate, re-socialize, rehabilitate, train, and re-home. We are a non-profit, 501c3 organization. Thank you, thedogliberator@gmail.com
