The Dog Liberator rescues abandoned dogs throughout the Southeast. Based in Central Florida, this non-profit organization fosters all of their dogs in a home environment. Founded in 2009, all dogs are fully vetted, spayed or neutered prior to adoption. The Dog Liberator focuses in rescuing the herding breed, which consists of Border Collies, Shepherds, Sheepdogs, Aussies, Collies, and Deaf/Blind Dogs.

ADOPTED – This little boy Charlie was found with his mom and sister at a construction site. His sister was adopted, but he and his mom still need homes. They are in crowded foster home and need another foster or adopter. All vetting is done. Very, very sweet dispositions. Mommy is about 18 months.

“Rita” Rat Terrier (standard) weighing at 15.8 lbs. Very affectionate and playful. WHAT a CUTIE. She is just 7-8 months old now. Excellent in her crate, and loves to play with the other dogs. Kitties are fine with her so far and gentle children should be fine. Rita plays well with all the dogs and has even tried to join their games of tug o war. She likes to play ball and brings it back and drops …
it so it rolls back to you. So far she has done very well on housebreaking but loves toys and shoes on the floor! She is at the chewing age so use the crate when she is not supervised as we advise with all puppies. She is spayed, chipped and UTD on vaccines. Located in Miami, Florida. ADOPTED – “Rosie” 3 month old, female, Rhodesian/Shepherd mix, weighs 12 lbs. Recently had surgery due to someone dumping her and her kin in a shopping cart at a local park. We believe she broke her leg from trying to climb out of the cart. She is healing and will be available Nov 28 th for adoption. She loves everybody and all creatures.
