Miss Peggy’s Got It!
Sweet Miss Peggy caught the eye of one of the shelter volunteers. She takes most of the pics at the shelter. This girl was such a sweetheart and could sit and shake and was so well mannered. The shelter was full and so was rescue.
This volunteer did not give up…she put her name on her so she would know when her time was up. Adoptions have been very slow, and she is black…so when word came that she only had 24 hours, Miss Peggy’s volunteer angel swooped her up and took her home, then called me. She had tagged me with her picture and I had been trying to make room. Well, she said she would foster so here she is!!!
Named after her “Angel” Peggy Baxley she is just precious, and her foster loves her dearly! She is between one and 2 years old, spayed, utd on shots and just waiting for a forever home full of love!

Update Nov.10: Miss Peggy is doing great! She has proven to be a snuggler for sure! She loves playing with the other dogs but then is happy to go find her place on the porch and watch the goings on until invited back inside. Once inside, her favorite spot is next to you. She is a sweet and loving girl. Peggy is very well mannered and would make a great pet for any type of family.

Oh wow!! When I first saw the photo I thought the thread was going to be about a really good artist! Both of these photographs look like she was painted! What a beautiful photogenic girl!
Interested. We have a border collie and need a gf for him;) He is neutered and im looking for the perfect fit, My husband is coming home from deployment soon and I want to surprise him with his favorite dog and he would absolutely loveeee this precious girl! Pls email me as soon as possible.
