Starseed Gems, Preserving Memories

We first became aware of StarSeed Gems from our dear friend Lou, whose sister Lynn creates each piece individually.  The concept for these beautiful pendants was born out of tragedy.  When Lynn’s son died suddenly, she developed these gems as a way to turn grief to treasure.  Through a unique process, she permanently fuses, within art glass, the ashes of loved ones, beloved pets, or earth grains from special places.  When complete, the fused particles become visible in darkness or under UV light, resembling a beautiful night sky.
