Tom Cruise, The Mission Possible, Border Collie Pup~Adopted!
Oct. 24 and Tom Cruise is adopted by Teri or was it Teri adopted by Cruise. Either way it was wonderful! Cruise acted like he had listened to everything I said and  knew Teri was his new mom.  Teri says she didn’t know if she was ready for a new pup but when she saw him chewing a stick in his video she fell in love.  She wanted to know if he gave hugs 😉 , yep , and that’s the first thing  he did when he saw her was give her a kiss and hug.
Teri reports that he is just wonderful and she just loves him!!!!

Cruise is a wonderful, smart 5 month old Border Collie Pup. Â Someone dropped him in the parking lot of a high kill shelter. As a result, he talks like a baby when you first leave him alone. Â But he soon settles down. Can you blame him? Someone he trusted abandoned him! When I saw his picture that Peggy Baxley tagged me with, I immediately said, “Mine!” I picked him up the next day.
The shelter worker carried him out and said he didn’t like the leash so I would have to carry him. I asked her to put my leash on him and then I put him down. I turned to face him and said, “C’mon Mr. Cruise, let’s get outta here!” Â He slowly walked toward me and followed me out the door while the shelter workers looked on, we smiled and waived Good-Bye!
Cruise is very loving and quiet. He reminds me of Tom Cruise’s character in Mission Impossible when he has to get in that room without setting off alarms. Â Cruise moves quite smoothly across the floor always cool headed. He doesn’t over react to new things just sits back and takes them in, no fanfare.
Cruise is quite handsome with a long white tipped tail that will be gorgeous. He is going to be medium to long coated and I believe very stunning with his silky coat. He wears a white dinner shirt and one full white glove. He is accessorized by a white feather at the back of his neck and white toe rings on the other three feet.
Cruise so far is showing toy drive, stay tuned for more updates as I learn more about this interesting fellow!

Update: Oct. 3: Â Well Cruise is proving to be a wonderful loving pup that would love a job! He has decided my horses need watching after! Cruise has a good recall and listens around the horses which I am happy about! He loves to play ball! Marrow bones are his favorite and he happily chews them for hours! Cruise is proving to be very smart and is good with the other dogs and my cats!

Update Oct. 7: Cruise went on his first off leash hike to the river yesterday and had a blast! Liked the water after he figured out what it was! We practiced recall and I was very pleased with him! He stayed with me the whole time! Of course, when we got back to the house it was ZZZZZ! for all! Stay tuned video coming!
