Meet Kansas-Adopted!
This gorgeous red Aussie is only 2 1/2 years old. He’s being owner-surrendered, simply because his owners are away from home too much because of work, and Kansas needs a lot more time and attention.
Kansas is great with kids and other dogs. Kansas is not quite crate-trained yet, but that’s an easy fix with a good pack leader. He has a lot of energy, and might make a really good agility or disc dog. He is on his way to the Border Collie Boot Camp to be evaluated. Â He is fully vetted, neutered, and heartworm negative.
August 4th Update:
Whose not crate trained??? Certainly not Kansas! Within a couple of hours with Gisele, he had the whole crate thing figured out. Photos do not do him justice, but you are welcome to view his photo album!

Kansas has been adopted by a wonderful family from Melbourne, which seems quite appropriate for an Aussie. Tony drove up with his two daughters, Sammie and Bella, Kansas feel in love instantly!
I wished I had a camera at that momment- Tony completely surprised the girls with their new dog. My teeth still hurt from the sweetness!
I asked Tony to keep in touch, and lets hope he sends some pics. I'm a little selfish, 'cause when I witness something so beautiful, the last thing I think of is a camera. It was in my hand… but I got caught up by the warmth in the eyes of Kansas, the girls, and Tony.
Tony and Kansas are active guys, and live near the beach. Tony please share some images, and say hello to the girls, and Kansas from me, Titan and his crew!
